舞鶴産の茶葉を贅沢に使用したリーフパイができるまで

ラ・クロシェットHIRANOの新商品「葉の雫」のPR動画の製作を担当した。
かぶせ茶の日本一の生産地・舞鶴で育まれた茶葉を贅沢に使用。そのままの姿を活かし、朝露の雫を思わせるシュガーコーティングを施し、ほどよく焼き上げた――鮮やかな抹茶の風味が際立つ、洗練されたリーフパイ。
茶葉の生産過程からお菓子が出来上がるまでの裏側を表現した。

We were in charge of producing the PR video for La Clochette HIRANO’s new product, "Ha no Shizuku."
Made with premium tea leaves grown in Maizuru, Japan’s top producer of kabusecha, this refined leaf-shaped pie preserves the natural form of the tea leaves. Lightly coated with sugar to evoke morning dew and baked to perfection, it offers a vibrant matcha flavor in every bite.
