日本料理「旬房」×舞鶴の食材の裏側を伝えるPV動画

東京・六本木のグランドハイアット東京の日本料理「旬房」で開催の舞鶴フェア「グランドグルメトリップ〜京都舞鶴〜」のプロモーション動画のディレクションをを担当した。
日本料理統括の根笹卓也氏を舞鶴にお招きし、生産者の皆さんと対面で交流を行った。舞鶴の魅力、産地の取り組み、生産者の想い、そしてそれを受け止めた根笹氏の熱意が、グランドグルメトリップ〜京都舞鶴〜へと繋がっていくバックグラウンドストーリーを記録した。
この映像は、期間限定でTverと電車内広告サイネージでショートVerとしても公開されている。
この映像は京都府広報賞・委託制作の部で知事賞1位を獲得した。東京のレストランシェフという第三者目線からPRをするということで信頼度が増し、「食」という入口からこの街を訪れたいと思うと評価を得た。

"The Behind-the-Scenes of Japanese Cuisine "Shunbo" × Maizuru Ingredients"
I was responsible for directing the promotional video for the Maizuru Fair, "Grand Gourmet Trip -Kyoto Maizuru-," held at the Japanese restaurant "Shunbo" in the Grand Hyatt Tokyo in Roppongi.
Takuya Nezasa, the head of Japanese cuisine, was invited to Maizuru, where he had the chance to meet and interact with the producers in person. The video captures the background story of how the charm of Maizuru, the region's initiatives, the producers' passion, and Nezasa's enthusiasm came together to create the "Grand Gourmet Trip -Kyoto Maizuru-."
This video is also being shown as a short version on Tver and in train station advertising signage for a limited time.
This video won the Governor's Award in the category of the Kyoto Prefecture Public Relations Award and commissioned productions. It was highly regarded for increasing trust by presenting a third-party perspective in its PR, and received praise for encouraging people to visit the city through the gateway of "food."
